James Preller has been a published author for more than half his life, writing a wide range of books for grades K-8. He has written popular series -- Jigsaw Jones, Scary Tales -- as well as notable middle-grade books -- Bystander, Blood Mountain, Six Innings, etc. -- and picture books such as All Welcome Here and A Pirate's Guide to First Grade. He lives in Delmar, NY.
