JOANNE RUSSO INSULL

Holds master's degrees in special education and exercise science and has worked extensively with children and adults with disabilities as a teacher and trainer. After beginning a second career in wellness, she works with senior adults as an exercise instructor and personal trainer. She and her husband have 2 rescue dogs who love to go on long walks.
