Kevin Kurtz is an award-winning author of 25 (and counting) children's books about science and nature. He has worked with scientists studying marine life along the Atlantic coast, studying volcanoes in the South Pacific, and studying the crater from the asteroid impact that wiped out the dinosaurs.
