MJ & HERM AUCH

 

Mary Jane and Herm Auch have written and co-illustrated a number of punny, poultry-inspired picture books. Their most recent is THE BUK BUK BUK FESTIVAL, starring chicken author, Henrietta, with caricatures of RCBF authors, illustrators, and attendees. If you have come to this festival before, you might recognize yourself!
 

Mary Jane is also the award-winning author of a number of novels, including ONE-HANDED CATCH, WING NUT, ONE PLUS ONE EQUALS BLUE, GUITAR BOY and ASHES OF ROSES, which has been expanded in a new edition featuring Triangle Shirtwaist Fire pictures, study guide, and author interview.
