Leslie C. Youngblood: is a former assistant professor of creative writing at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo. Her critically acclaimed debut, Love Like Sky, was published in 2018. Her second book, the middle grade novel, Forever This Summer, was published in 2021.To add to her body of work, her forthcoming third work is a young adult novel. When she’s not writing or reading, she enjoys shows like Chopped and Shark Tank. Born in Bogalusa, La., she currently resides in Rochester, N.Y.
