VIVIAN VANDE VELDE

 

Vivian Vande Velde is the author of 40 books, including the Twitch the squirrel chapter book series for younger readers about a well-meaning squirrel who unintentionally causes chaos. Vivian has also written books for 8 – 12 year olds about feisty princesses, ghosts, and futuristic technology gone awry, as well as books meant for teens. Her books usually include elements of humor and mystery. In addition, she has several short story collections. The latest Twitch story, SQUIRREL ON STAGE, will be making its debut just in time for the festival!
